GH3039是Ni-Cr基(ji)固(gu)溶(rong)強化(hua)(hua)型變形(xing)高溫(wen)合金,主要以(yi)銘(ming)和(he)(he)(he)鉬等(deng)元素(su)進行固(gu)溶(rong)強化(hua)(hua)。合金在(zai)800℃以(yi)下具有中等(deng)的熱強性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)和(he)(he)(he)良好的抗冷熱疲勞性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)。在(zai)1000℃以(yi)下抗氧化(hua)(hua)性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)良好,長期使用組(zu)織穩定。合金具有良好的冷成(cheng)形(xing)和(he)(he)(he)焊接性(xing)(xing)(xing)(xing)能(neng)(neng)。主要產品有板(ban)材、材、絲材、管材和(he)(he)(he)鍛件(jian)。

I.1 概述(shu)
合(he)(he)(he)金已用于制(zhi)作航(hang)空發動機燃燒室和(he)加力燃燒室零部件,經過(guo)長期的(de)生產(chan)和(he)使(shi)用考驗,使(shi)用性(xing)(xing)能良好(hao)(hao)。合(he)(he)(he)金供應狀態(tai)薄板具(ju)有良好(hao)(hao)的(de)熱(re)加工(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)藝(yi)塑性(xing)(xing)和(he)良好(hao)(hao)的(de)沖壓性(xing)(xing)能。可(ke)以用氬(ya)弧焊(han)、點焊(han)或縫(feng)焊(han)等方法焊(han)接(jie),其焊(han)接(jie)性(xing)(xing)能優良,氬(ya)弧焊(han)裂紋傾(qing)向性(xing)(xing)小(xiao)。焊(han)接(jie)特點與(yu)GH3030合(he)(he)(he)金接(jie)近。可(ke)與(yu)GH1140GH3030和(he)GH3044等合(he)(he)(he)金組合(he)(he)(he)進行(xing)焊(han)接(jie)。合(he)(he)(he)金中不析出有害相,組織穩定性(xing)(xing)較好(hao)(hao),在高溫下(xia)長期工(gong)(gong)作時,有產(chan)生沿晶界(jie)氧化的(de)傾(qing)向!2。
